The hotel is situated in a sprawling area near a popular mall. the location is an upcoming area in the city. the rooms are well-designed and comfortable. guests can enjoy a large pool with outdoor sports facilities. the staff at the entrance is friendly and helpful.
Some of the hotel staff could use more training in customer service.

The hotel has a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports activities available for guests to enjoy. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the property is beautifully designed. the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area with plenty of green space, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The staff appeared to be undertrained and impolite, especially one lady at reception during checkout who lacked basic customer service skills. for a romantic escape, the negative aspects of the hotel outweighed the positive ones.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities. the staff from the entrance to the rooms was caring and polite, the service was impeccable. the Spa & wellness center was very relaxing as was the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers overlooking the beautiful scenery. the restaurant and bar areas provided top-notch dinner options, including packed lunches for our outings. the private facilities were a highlight for me, completing the indulgent experience.
The only minor issue I encountered was the location, which was secluded and not accessible to restaurants or groceries. it did provide a peaceful atmosphere away from the noise of the city.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me an early check-in without any extra cost. The gym and personal trainer were fantastic, making my workout routine much more comfortable. This hotel is situated in a vast open area on the ring road, close to LULU mall, making it an ideal location for shopping enthusiasts. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the transport facilities are fantastic.
Don't have any issues at all.

The hotel offered amazing interiors and an overall well-designed property. the staff at the entrance was polite and caring. the hotel was located in a vast open area.
Despite the helpful staff, there were several drawbacks. the room was not changed even after complaining about the malfunctioning AC and wifi.
